UPDATE ERROR WOOCOMMERCE

    I am trying WordPress in byethost hosting. Last year I hadn’t any problema testing woocommerce, but now in the first intallation of this plugin I have had a fatal error “Update error”. I have tried to intall it by a zip file, but the error is the same.
    For example ELEMENTOR plugin is working perfectly.
    What can I do? What can I test about this hosting?
    Wordpress version is 5.3.2
    PHP 7.3 running

    Hey there!

    Can you please share any more info you have from the error message here? That message is really generic and doesn’t tell us what the actual problem is. Perhaps your host has logs that they can give you to send to us here? You can also enable WordPress debugging and see what errors it gives you. https://www.ads-software.com/support/article/debugging-in-wordpress/
