• Hello, we have Eventin Pro, but it cannot be updated, how could the plugin be updated?
    On the other hand, when the PDF file is downloaded, the QR code is not displayed, only if it is printed and on screen.

    We are sincerely sorry that this happened to you. This is not supposed to happen. For auto-update issues, please follow our PINNED post and reach us so that we can help you with additional steps.

    And for the QR issue, Maybe you have any image optimization plugins or lazy load functionalities on your server. That’s why it’s not loading fully after that, it is timed out and then it’s unable to load properly. 

    Or it can happen for caching plugins. Please clean your all cache and then try with the new browser.

    If that is a paid offering from the developer, please seek support from them on their site.

    As the developer is aware, commercial products are not supported in these forums. I am sure they will have no problem supporting you there.

    Hello, thanks for your answer.

    We do not have a cache plugin nor do we have lazy load activated. It only happens with the PDF file, on screen and print the QR code is shown.

    Without checking your site we are unable to find out the issue from your side. For that, we have to check your issues. 

    Looks like it’s conflicting with other plugins or something.

    We will suggest you do deactivate all plugins one by one from your site and check if your system is working correctly or not. After trying all these things, if your problem is not solved then, It would be great if you follow our PINNED post and reach us so that we can help you with additional steps.
