    Works perfectly to import. But get a warning that user already exists when i try to update a user.

    I have settings as follows :
    Update existing users? YES
    Update email? YES

    Please advise.

    I can send you a screenshot. But basically, a red window opens up with alerts claiming

    “User already exists as: anna (in this CSV file is called: anna)”

    and so it does not update the profile.

    This is really strange. This seems you have some kind of bad data in your CSV. Maybe a wrong email. Could you check?
