My team recently purchased the “Business Reviews Bundle” plugin from Rich Plugins for its filter by rating functionality. Our website already utilizes the free version of the plugin, “Plugin for Google Reviews”, and we currently have 56 location widgets for the various locations’ Google reviews. These widgets appear on 56 individual pages on our website, each corresponding to their respective location. We’ve been manually hiding reviews that we do not want visible, but we don’t want to keep doing this and wanted a more automated solution. This is the reason we purchased the “Business Reviews Bundle” plugin.

    Desired Results

We would like our existing location widgets to be able to filter by reviews that are four stars or higher, but this still doesn’t seem to be an option, even after we purchased and activated the premium version of the plugin.

    Here’s the issue

The “Business Reviews Bundle” plugin seems to be an entirely separate plugin and not simply an upgrade of the free version. I confirmed that the business plugin IS activated with the proper license key and all that, so that shouldn’t be the issue.

Whenever I go to edit my location widgets it still says I am using the free plugin and gives me the option to upgrade to the paid version (which I already own). It looks as though I need to create “Collections” in the “Business Reviews Bundle” plugin, as opposed to using/updating the existing, individual location widgets. As of right now, I am not seeing a way to filter by rating for my existing location widgets. I do not want to have to go through and manually recreate “Collections” for all 56 locations and then re-apply those short codes to the 56 pages they’re on. This seems like it should be built-in to the premium version of the plugin already, which is what we were led to believe and was the reason we purchased the plugin.

Perhaps I am misunderstanding how the plugin works, but if I could get some clarity on this, that would be helpful.

    Thank you!

    Hi @farmerisaac,

    Thank you for your topic.

It seems a questions for the business plugin and we can’t support that here, because according to WordPress terms it’s only for this free version.

PS: We sent our response for your recent email and ready to do conversation via mail.

    Thanks!
