Update Failed

    I’m having trouble updating Wordfence plug in – I keep getting this message:
    Update Failed: Could not copy file. wordfence/js/knockout-3.3.0.1518630427.js
    Also issue with 2 other plug in updates on this site – Yet all the rest of my sites updated okay
    Any advice?

    Another attempt to update and now I am getting This message
    Update Failed: The package could not be installed. PCLZIP_ERR_BAD_FORMAT (-10) : Unable to find End of Central Dir Record signature

    Hi @amandamurdochmarketing,

    Have you tried reaching out to your hosting provider to inform them? Is it a “one-click” WordPress install?

    Could you enable WP_DEBUG to see if there are any related errors?

    Lastly can you confirm that your installation meets our minimum system requirements.
