Update fails: Package not available.

  • The latest udpate of this plugin is not installable. The following error occurs:

    An error occurred while updating Advanced Post Types Order: Update package not available.

    Tested with WordPress 5.9.3

    Hi,
    Can you ensure the license key is active for your domain and valid? If you changed the URL, de-register the key and re-assign to ensure it matches our API server.

    Hello. I tried that and it’s not working. The license key is used on one domain and it’s valid.

    Hi,
    Can you check with your account at the plugin website, if the site domains is the same as what the key is registered to?
    If still not working, contact us directly and we’ll check out what’s wrong.

    Yes, it is the same. I’m pretty sure it’s not a license problem. There must be an issue with the resource / files / URL of this update package. As written in the error message: Update package not available. I’ll get in touch with the support.
