Update failure message

    Hello everyone,

    I have just installed WP on my site and am trying to update it to the latest version, but keep getting the message below:

    Warning: copy(/homepages/41/d174944522/htdocs/app389951511/wp-admin/includes/update-core.php) [function.copy]: failed to open stream: Permission denied in /homepages/41/d174944522/htdocs/app389951511/wp-admin/includes/class-wp-filesystem-direct.php on line 200

    Any ideas how to get past this?
