update from 2.5.2 to current?

Hi,
I’ve been asked to help with a website that had not been updated.
It has version 2.5.2 of woocommerce – I’ve deactivated it because it seems to be causing issues with allowing me to update other things on the site. What is the way that I can migrate up to the current version without losing the products?
