Update from 2.7.1 to 2.7.3 breaks used theme

After updating from 2.7.1 to 2.7.3 it seems that some function calls are blocked (?).
I use imbalance 2 theme, the theme uses a library “jquery.masonry.min.js” to set the positions of the posts on the mainpage.
The script is manually setting the positions of each box.Somehow it seems that with the activated plugin it is not calling this library (?).
Such that all the posts are in one column.I don’t know whether the plugin blocks some script calls or disables the changes made by the other script.
With Version 2.7.1 I hadn’t had this problem.
