Update from MD5 to SHA256

Hi agian,

I’ve changed the code in line 190 & line 299 from
from: strtoupper( md5($md5Hash) )
to: strtoupper( hash(‘sha256’, $md5Hash )

but now I’m running into a new error: E5000: Cannot form a matching secure hash based on the merchant’s request using either of the two merchant’s secrets.
