  • Hi Phyllis,

Sorry you ran into issues here.

First, you can restore your site by using FTP or SCP and going into wp-content/plugins and deleting the another-wordpress-classifieds-plugin directory (this will NOT remove any data of yours!)

After that, I’d suggest disabling ALL plugins and then trying to reinstall AWPCP on the Plugins->Add New dashboard. This should get AWPCP reinstalled OK.

After that, enable the plugins one at a time until you see the white screen (if you do at all) again. Then report back. Once we know more, we can decide what the best plan of attack is.

Thank you for the instructions. I did initially delete awpcp to restore site. Then after waiting a couple of weeks I have just now gone in and disabled all the plugins, restored awpcp, and then one by one activated each plugin. To my surprise everyone of the plugins are okay, no white screen. Yay! not sure why that is but that’s okay, as long as all is working.

Sometimes the order of operations is all that you need. If you run into issues again, please let us know! Glad it’s working.
