After i updated the plugin today i’m getting the following error – “
Warning: session_start(): Cannot send session cache limiter – headers already sent (output started at /home/content/p3pnexwpnas04_data03/05/3162105/html/wp-content/plugins/expand-maker/expand-maker.php:2) in /home/content/p3pnexwpnas04_data03/05/3162105/html/wp-content/plugins/popups/public/includes/class-spu-rules.php on line 10″

It’s also removing all the content from my homepage. Is there anything i can do to fix this problem?

  • Yes, please please please provide an update compatible with 4.5 – thanks

Thanks I updated to pro and all is well. Thanks

Experiencing similar issue as “Access Web Solutions”, in that I’m seeing the Warning – session_start() errors. The changes are on the website, despite the errors. I logged out of the admin, and now I can’t get back in – gives me a warning: cannot modify header information – headers already sent by (output started at /home/<site>/public_html/wp-content/plugins/expand-maker/expand-maker.php:2) in /home/<site>/public_html/wp-includes/pluggable.php on line 1228

Any assistance would be sincerely appreciated. I will most likely need to back out expand-maker manually in order to log back in to admin panel…

expand-maker.php has an extra (blank) line at the beginning of the file. I removed the extra line and was able to get back in. I’m also able to modify my pages without the session_start warnings any more.

Thank you elliottrscott – appreciate it.

    All the best

So it seems this week I will need to start looking for a replacement. Can’t have a plugin that doesn’t work on my site anymore.

douglib, you are totally right – in fact I went back to working with Joomla for this site – this happens to me far too often with WordPress and I’m not going to fight it any longer — oh well. Anyway, good luck and all the best.
