    All updates have been completed.

    Sure can @fireflywebs. Looks like there is an issue with the update. Please deactivate and delete the installed version of WPBackItUp Community and then try to install it again. I suspect that will correct the issue.

    It’s the premium version that failed. And it failed on another site as well.

    @fireflywebs Did you try deleting and reinstalling? Your backups will remain on the server so don’t worry about losing anything.

    Have you opened up a support ticket on https://www.wpbackitup.com yet? My support team can likely help you get this resolved very quickly. They will even log in and fix it for you if needed.

    I would reinstall but it has a license number. I don’t see the option for the download on the site?
