Update has locked out my site

As has been the normal case, I was notified of a W3TC update. I clicked to update as I have thousands of times in the past and now my site is locked out front and back with the “Briefly unavailable for scheduled maintenance. Check back in a minute.” and I can’t get to it. WTF????
