  • Hi, what worked for me was that I cleared my browser cache. The thumbnail and lightbox issue got fixed.

    Hi earthloveskin,

    Thanks for that, I noticed in another thread that someone else had made the same recommendation so I cleared my cache but it’s had no effect. I’ll try it again later and will update.

    Hi again,

    I’ve cleared my browser cache again, cleared wp rocket cache and purged opcache. The problem remains for me.

    Much appreciated if anyone got any ideas.

    How about try your site on another browser? That made the fix for me so when I saw my site was working on Microsoft Edge, I had to clear my Chrome cache.

    Hi

    Just loaded website in firefox and safari and the problem is the same and I had cleared the cache in chrome. But thanks for the suggestions. I still think there maybe a problem with the theme.

    just a quick question @jembalino:

    I was visiting your website and really love the size of the small images that show when hover over the category menus. That′s the size I′d love to have.

    Does anyone has to buy the full theme to be able to use that size of images?
