Update Issue v1.09 Array Label

Hi TC…I updated today, and also did a trial with the ajax version. I have a weird label on my search forms now that I can’t seem to find anywhere…I’ve spent four hours trying to find this in Firebug.

Notice at the bottom of the form, just above the “Submit” button that there is a word “Array”. This was not there before the update today. I don’t want it there. Why is this happening?

you will notice that this is not happening.
The difference between the two forms?
The first form includes custom meta fields, the second form does not.
I have three forms that use custom meta fields and the “Array” appears on all of them above the submit button.
How to fix this?
