Update lost settings

    Hi there. I originally spent some time with the first version of this plugin and created a product with a large amount of calculations. Worked great! I updated from 3.1.8 to the latest version and all my calculations appear to be missing. I can see a new form builder, but it looks as though everything is blank. The “CPO Options” does appear to have pulled in fields from the old version, but these are all blank. There are no formulas or conditional statements anywhere that I can see.

    If I downgrade to the old version, everything works fine.

    Any help appreciated.

    Hi,

    Yes, this behavior is expected and just like it is said in the documentation: version 3 is not compatible with version 4. You will have to re configure your product. Sorry, but there is no other option.
