    Hi,

I have a simple lazy block with a status field as a select. The value of the field is stored in a meta field. This works correctly the first time it is saved. However, when I edit the post and change the value, the initial value is still saved after saving. How can I overwrite the initial value?

Thanks a lot for the help

    Chris

    Hello,

I checked in my test environment and in production, and unfortunately did not see the error. I need more information to help you.
In particular, it is highly desirable to export this broken block through our tools:

    1. Go to Lazy Blocks -> Export / Import the menu tab
    2. Select export the broken block and click the Export JSON https://prnt.sc/QcUTdGbryZmZ
    3. Send the resulting file to me so that I can import it into my environment for testing

If you are afraid of data leakage when sending extended logs or this file with a broken block, you can create a private ticket in our support system?https://nk.ticksy.com/?in the “Bug Reports” category. Or if you are a Pro user, in the “Lazy Blocks Pro” category.

I also advise you to read this topic before testing a broken block: https://www.ads-software.com/support/topic/please-read-before-you-post-6/

Perhaps deactivating plugins will help and identify solutions that are not compatible with our product. After which we can consider a possible fix on our part.

I hope I was able to help and make progress in solving the problem.

    Regards,
    Alex
