    Make sure you’re using the right shortcode for the various pages. You’re using a signup shortcode on the page you linked to, it should be the [pdb_record] shortcode.

    Take a look at the “Quick Setup Guide” in the admin menu, it will help you understand which shortcodes to use.

    Hello again..

    different registration page ?

    for example:

    1) women registration.. with questions about them
    2) men registration.. with questions about them

    but a commune list with both registration ?
