    Hello,

Did you manage to get your plugin updated? In case you haven’t, you can try to disable all the other plugins you are using and try to update our plugin again and see if it works?
    Please let me know.

    Best regards,
    Alexandra

    Hi Alexandra,

    Thanks for your quick response.

I had the following plug-ins activated: Dashboard Notepad, Duplicate Post, and Enable Media Replace. All 3 were disabled – I tried updating the Custom Login Page Customizer but it still wouldn’t update – constant spinning.

Next I tried deactivating your plug-in and tried to update and it worked!

So only while your plug-in was deactivated would it update. I thought you should know because maybe there is a process you need to stop before the update can modify the code.

    TESTING:
The Custom Login Page Customizer plug-in was reactivated, logged out and back in to test the login page and it worked great. ??

Thanks again for the quick support and for a great plug-in!

    Hi,

Unfortunately, the update process has nothing to do with the plugin. www.ads-software.com controls it so you can delete the plugin and then install the latest version from your WordPress dashboard. The settings should stay, but just in case something goes wrong, you can create a backup using: https://www.ads-software.com/plugins/customizer-export-import/

    Hope it helps.:)
