That’s strange! 4.6.2 is indeed higher than 4.0 :).

Try to clear any caching possibly stored on your site and if that did not fix it, it will be great if you could share your current System Status Report.

You can get it by navigating to the WooCommerce / Status section of your site. Once there, click on the Get system report button and then copy it by clicking on the Copy for support button. Then paste it here in a comment.

And please share a screenshot of the error in that case too.

Your system status report looks good. Everything’s okay from the WooCommerce side of things.

Looks like the issue might be coming from your Child theme conflicting with the most recent update for WooCommerce.

I see you’re currently using a child theme that’s developed and supported at https://www.portotheme.com/. Please note that the Porto theme is not a WooCommerce.com product, which makes it out of scope for support from us. You can contact their product support team at https://www.portotheme.com/support/ for further assistance with the same.

Here’s their change log, you will have an idea of the WooCommerce version they are at.

If they’re not able to assist you with that, you might want to check out our Storefront theme, or Child Themes for Storefront.

before I wrote this ticket I had already contacted with Porto support and gave them credentials to log in to website. Their technical support said:

This is not our Theme issue and also you are already using the latest version of the WooCommerce plugin.

I checked your site by simply activating the WordPress default Theme and the notice is also there, It means it is not from our Theme.

It may be because of any third party plugin, so its better to contact WooCommerce and WordPress support for it.

It seems like no one wants to help me ??

Hi. On my site I’ve got the same message. System reporrt it’s ok. All plugs and WP are newest.
How to fix that? I have higher version than 4.0 too.

While I couldn’t replicate this, I’m interested to find out if you were able to fix it yet.

If not, please try to deactivate and reactivate WooCommmerce temporarily, and if that doesn’t do it to reinstall it.

It’s recommended that you do this on a staging site and if you’d like to quickly clone yours, a plugin like this one might help:
