    Hi,

    I’m working on a website (under maintenance) and installed your plugin.
    WP 5.9 / WooCommerce / Elementor Pro / Crocoblock
    Hello Elementor child Theme
    All are under the last version

    I have 2 problems :

    1. first is in the cart : if we update the quantity of a product, or delete it… the amount of shipping disappear. Even if we try to update the page, there is no more fees calculated. The total amount of the order is the total amount of the cart, without shipping fees.
    I try to understand why it happens, without success.
    If we don’t change the content of the cart, there is no problem, and if we change the delivery address, the amount for the shipping is updated without problem.

    2. In the checkout, for UPS Standard Access Point, if we select this option, it shows “The closest point based on the billing address or shipping address.” with the name and address.
    Sometimes it shows a list of access points, but we can’t select one.
    Maybe I misunderstood something : do I have to install another plugin to be able to select a specific access point ?

    3. Just a question : can I make tests of orders without being billed on the UPS account ? I’m not sure to well understand the documentation for this point.

  • Hi @aod28, thanks for the questions.

    1. I suggest verifying if this issue occurs also when you use the Storefront theme. It might be caused by theme conflict.

    2. UPS WooCommerce plugin in the free version shows only the nearest UPS Access Point.
    The issue with choosing an Access Point from the list might be also caused by theme conflict. It could be useful if you have checked the console. Maybe your browser reports some error.

    3. UPS won’t charge your account. It only shows rates.

    I will be grateful for an update in a subject if the issue is due to theme conflict. We will try to find a different solution, if it’s not the reason. Let me know if you have any more questions.
