Update of deprecation and other warnings

Hi Nillo,

I have happily found your plugin as the only existing option for WP & Paloma integration.

Wouldn’t you like to update the plugin to avoid warnings in development mode, like deprecation or undefined index?

I will understand if you’re not interested any more in this support, but maybe…
