Update of Jetpack crashed website with fatal error message :(

@holisticrdn You probably need to FTP into your site and delete or rename the offending/potentially offending plugin directory. Then you should be able to log in and make any changes you need.

I have installed Profitmag theme to my website: https://www.urcityguide.com
Few minutes back it was showing option to update the theme, so I updated the theme and then refresh the page. Now it is showing error:

Warning: require_once(lp-engine/bd-loader.php): failed to open stream: No such file or directory in /home/namansharma/public_html/wp-content/themes/city-guide/functions.php on line 2

Fatal error: require_once(): Failed opening required ‘lp-engine/bd-loader.php’ (include_path=’.:/usr/lib/php:/usr/local/lib/php’) in /home/namansharma/public_html/wp-content/themes/city-guide/functions.php on line 2

I am not able to login to my dashboard also. please help.

@naman Sharma Your issue doesn’t seem related to Jetpack, or to the issue first reported by the original posted on this thread.

I’d suggest contacting the theme author here:

Before you do so, you’ll need to make sure you’re running the latest version of theme, since the errors you reported above mention a file that is not there in the original theme:
