Hi Sarah Bartsch, we will do our best to find a solution to your problem.

I will wait for your reply to my previous question about memory.

It is extremely important that you allocate a minimum of 128mb memory but preferably 256mb of memory to WordPress to prevent any future issues.

    Kind regards

“As check, all files and folders have correct file permissions. We have also made some changes to the php.ini.”

THIS SEEMS TO HAVE FIXED THE PROBLEM

Hello Sarah, I am very happy to hear that your problem has been resolved and that my suspicion in regards to the host was correct :).

I am curious to know what they changed in the php.ini file. If you do know you can reply back to my e-mail.

I am sure you will enjoy this great plugin. If you ever need some advice or help you are most welcome to e-mail me again.

    Kind regards

I’m having a problem where the shopping cart doesn’t show what is there after adding something to the cart. It worked fine on the website hosted by HostDango but it’s not working on the website hosted by Dreamhost.
Also, I have 2 different themes. It works well on Weaver but the one it’s not working on is Dusk to Dawn. Could this make a difference?

    Here’s my test page: https://heartspectrum.com/art-connection/shopping/
(This is the one that it’s not working on)
