    Hi,

I found out that when I update order,
the post date / post date gmt will decrease by 8 hours on every update.

    For example,
The order originally created on 25 March 2020 – 18:22pm
    1st update: the date time will become 25 March 2020 – 10:22pm
    2nd update: the date time will become 25 March 2020 – 02:22am
    3rd update: the date time will become 24 March 2020 – 18:22pm
    4th update: the date time will become 24 March 2020 – 10:22pm
    5th update: the date time will become 24 March 2020 – 02:22am

Is there anyway to fix this?

  • Hello @k730hs ,

    That’s interesting.

Are you referring to the order creation date that shows on the product details page – https://prnt.sc/10wczdf ?

This date/time will not change if you specifically choose dates during the update.

Can you please run through these tests and let me know how it goes?

    1. Switch to a default theme i.e. Twenty Twenty / Storefront
    2. Deactivate all plugins except WooCommerce and make the order updates after deactivating all plugins.

More details on the conflict test here.

If the above does not help please share your WooCommerce configuration details from wp-admin > WooCommerce > Status so we can understand a bit more about the problem.

    Thank you ??

    Hi,

I’ve seem to have found the problem when doing the tests you requested.

It’s because I set default time zone again in my custom coding.

    I had solve the problem.

    Thanks for your help! ??
