Update order status automatically when e-transfer is accepted

By default the plugin is set to have the order status on hold. I am just wondering if someone has setup a way to have it auto confirm a payment has been received by e-transfer and then have it automatically change the order status to processing for example.

Just wondering if a service like zapier could do something like this?

Basically my client doesn’t manage the site on weekends and would like it to appear as though orders are processed over the weekend same as through the week. To do this it would need a way to confirm e-transfer payment is received and accepted.
