Update over wrote my repeater changes

    Repeater data is stored in the database as a separate plugin table.
    Which version were you updating from?

    Also, static files are produced because you can’t write database values as functions without using php exec() functions which have security risks.

    The plugin writes the static repeater files and stores the data in the database at the same time.
