    I use the Paid Member Subscriptions plugin and the Discount Codes Add-on, PayPal Pro and PayPal Express add-on, and Recurring Payments for PayPal Standard PayPal add-on updates are not working. Every time I try to update them, I get the message: “update package unavailable”

    Thank you for reaching out to us.

    Since you are using a premium version of Paid Member Subscriptions plugin please submit a support ticket because we are not allowed to offer support for paid plugins on these free forums.

    You can’t update the add-ons because you didn’t register them in PMS -> Add-ons using the serial number found in your account created on https://www.cozmoslabs.com.

    I will wait for your ticket and we will continue our conversation there.
