    Hi

I have a problem with the recent versions / updates of MyCustom CSS

Everytime I update the file “my_style.css” gets deleted.

And because the webserver has no write permissions in the plugins folder, and your plugin is not using WordPress inbuilt ftp to write the file, I have to manually create a my_style.css file with permission 666 so that your plugin can write the styles to the file again.

Do you have a solution for that?

Best would be if you could use ftp to write the file if there is no direct access possible to write.

    Thanks

Folder exist, permission are ok, in my local and remote server work, now use wp* method instead of standard php… Why in your server still can’t work? ??
    … Really sadness!

Can u try to create my_style.css manually, via ftp, and see if work?

I’ll try to check again today…

    very strange.

    I did

    touch my_style.css
    chmod 666 my_style.css

then I click “save” in the my css settings page –

and the my_style.css file is deleted again – empty folder!

Your config is empty? (no css code in editor? is the only way to delete *css … I’ve already removed this in next dev release – so, put some code!).

    Hi

Thanks for moving the folders to uploads, I think that is where they belong and where most other plugins put their stuff.

But unfortunately the plugin does still not write the .css file to the my_custom_css folder.

Permissions for the folders are correct, but no css file inside them.
