    Updating from 4.2.6 to 4.4.10

    PHP Parse error: syntax error, unexpected ” (T_ENCAPSED_AND_WHITESPACE), expecting identifier (T_STRING) or variable (T_VARIABLE) or number (T_NUM_STRING) in /public_html/wp-content/plugins/essential-blocks/blocks/TableOfContents.php on line 161
