Update plugin

Howdy,
Looks like this plugin needs a slight tweak to become up to date.
I was able to this by removing the PHP4 constructor, since 4 is not supported by WP, and change line 185
$DojoDigitalHideTitle = new DojoDigitalHideTitle;Cheers!
