    Hi,

    I have auto update enabled for WP funnels but I realized it never try to update.
    Could you advise why it did not auto update to the latest version and what is the correct process to ensure the plugins are up to date?

    I am struggling to get any response from support. There’s no case no and no feedback, what is the correct process to track support case?

    Hi @niceman9908 , did you enable auto-update for WPFunnels? This will auto-update the basic plugin. For the pro, you should get the option to update on click.

    About the support, we did not create any user portal for support. All support responses go via email. When we reply, you will receive it via email and you will be able to see the past history below.

    You can identify it from the subject line. It will be the title you gave when reaching us or the subject line of the email you replied to.
