Update Plugin, Cache Deleted ! Site Down!

    since one week we have moved with new server Dedicated Server Company 1und1 . We have updated Fastest Cache to version 0.8.8.7. After deleting the whole cache our site was unreachable on the new Server. We redirected the DNS to our old server. Our site is again accessible under the old server where the version 0.8.8.6 is still installed. I ask you why is the problem? I dare not delete the cache anymore. Please tell me a solution. Must insert or open Ports on the Server?

    I can’t get into the back end of my side. Even a server restart has not brought.

    Can you clear only one single page cache please?

    Just some ideas:

    1. Check the paths in your .htaccess and fix any differences related to your new hosting.
    2. Try saving the plugin’s options again
    3. Try deleting the plugin completely, removing its code from .htaccess and reinstalling it.
    4. If your hosting includes caching, there may be a conflict.
    5. Check your error_log file(s)
