Update Problem After Being Hacked

    Two of the sites I manage were hacked and a number of files were deleted while they were kind enough to add a few hundred additional files. I was able to get rid of the bad files and I did a manual update on both, but now I’m getting the following errors:

    Please tell me how to fix this mess within the next few hours.
