Update product subtotal on quantity change

    Hi,

    First of all, your plugin is amazing, one of the best and most underrated fly carts.

    There is just one thing that is missing for me that would make it perfect.
    When we make a quantity change in the cart, I would love if the amount of the product changed accordingly, not only the subtotal at the bottom.

    Do you think this would be easy to implement?
