Update Profile Button Not Working

  • Hello,

    So I logged into the dashboard and clicked on “Your Profile” which is underneath “Users”. I needed to uncheck the box that shows my admin bar when I’m logged in, so I did. I scrolled down to the bottom of the page and clicked on “Update Profile” but nothing happened.

    I logged out of the dashboard and logged back in and I tried again, but nothing happened. So, I cleared my cookies and cache and tried again, but still nothing. So, basically nothing happens when I click on the “Update Profile” button and I’m not sure why.

    I am using the latest version of www.ads-software.com so I’m not quite sure what the problem could be. Does anyone have any suggestions? In case anyone needs it, my site is located at https://www.teen-babble.com.

    Problem solved. The TinyMCE Signature plugin, when activated, will not allow the “Update Profile” button to work which is located within the “Your Profile” section in “Users”.
