Update Rate and Update Tab Options Not Working

  • I’ve added BITCOIN but when I try to update its rate, it always returns 0.00 in “Rate + Exchange Fee(Update This Feature)”. Also, if I go to the tab Update and click on any of the buttons there, nothing happens.

    Any suggestion?

  • Hello cyrobmm,
    As you are using free version, the limit of exchange rate decimal numbers is 2. But with bitcoin, it need much more than that, 1 USD = 0,0001232 BTC.
    So please upgrade to premium version to fix this, just set decimal number is 10 maybe.
