Update shortener link URL meta

WordPress automatically adds a link relationship for short urls with wp.me URLs. Can Pretty Link update this with the custom short URL it creates?
This is the tag specifically:
‘<link rel=’shortlink’ href=’https://wp.me/p3RLDr-3SC’ />’
If PL can update that, then I could use Jetpack’s publicize to send the link to Facebook, Google, and other sites.
