Update should warn that new plugin requires WooCommerce 4.0.0

  • Currently we have several plugins (yours had been one of them until 1.3) holding back our update to 4.0.0 woocommerce. Woocommerce thankfully warns us before updating that there could be conflicts.

    Your plugin, however allowed us to update it, and promptly disabled itself because it’s not backwards compatible, and we haven’t yet updated woocommerce due to other plugin conflicts that have yet to be resolved.

    Bad form. Either warn beforehand, or retain backwards compat. Had to revert to 1.2 until the other plugin authors catch up to you and woocommerce. I was hoping to get the other plugin updates done in advance of the woocommerce update so we had time to test for other compatibility issues rather than do them all en-masse and pray.

    just thought I would mention the scenario as it stands, towards future development efforts, as a suggestion.
