    Oh dear that sounds like a fairly serious malfunction on your site. I’ve not had other reports of this so I think it’s something specific to your environment. Best place to start troubleshooting is to disable all your other plugins and switch to the default WordPress theme. If that solves it, figure out which plugin is the cause of the problem and report back here. Or if its the theme then see FAQs for more info. If it’s still malfunctioning with default theme and no other plugins active then post back here for further troubleshooting steps.

    And when I tried to delete one, all of them were suddenly deleted ??

    I was also seeing this and dug into the code. My investigation points to a bug and I opened a support ticket with details from my investigation. Hopefully we’ll see an update released shortly that fixes this issue. I really like the features in this player.
