Update Status

    How do we show the order status to customers without the ability for the customer themselves to update the status of the order?

    Hi Matt,

    Without an order number to test the form, I can’t tell for sure, but it sounds like you’re just logged in to WordPress when viewing the order. It’s set up so the admin can update the status from the front end as well. You can test by going to the tracking form page while not logged in. When not logged in, the ability to update the status from the front-end tracking page is not there.
