Update themes and plugins automatically

    Wordfence doesn’t have an option to automatically update other plugins or themes, but WordPress itself does. They describe how to adjust automatic update settings here:

    See the section titled “Plugin & Theme Updates via Filter”.

    There is some risk to enabling automatic updates for all plugins and themes — if there is a problem with one of the updates, or if a plugin/theme update causes a conflict with other parts of your site, you wouldn’t see the problem as quickly as you would if you manually updated.
