Update to 0.8 removes comments in backend

Hi James,
the plugin update to version 0.8 removes the option to adminster all comments and removes the menu entry as well. Every HTTP Request to edit-comments.php ends in a 302 result and redirects back to the admin page.

I checked the options “disable comments” and “do not show comments” as well. These values are unchecked. Plz fix. thx
