Update to 1.11.0 broke multiple things

Update to 1.11.0 broke popup settings and the ability to use the page builder for building the popup content.

Now none of the popup settings will display.

Also, I had WP Bakery page builder enabled on the popups – now with the update the popup contents are just showing the shortcode (yes, I did double check that the Page Builder settings still had “popup” enabled to allow the builder for the popups).

Please help!
