Update to 1.2.73 broke admin

    After updating the plugin to 1.2.73 I am no longer able to see anything in my settings and the styles for the buttons aren’t showing up in Firefox.

    /wp-admin/admin.php?page=cp_contact_form_paypal.php is completely blank.

    Everything with the actual form appears to be working though.
