  • Hi maxgx,

Our slider plugin uses a cache folder to store your sliders’ recreated (resized or copy versions of your source images) images. When you update cache folder is wiped out but your source images stand still. All you must do is to go widgets section and click save one by one all your image slider plugin instaces. This will recreate them again in the cache folder and your images will come up. We are working on a fix for this known issue, thanks for your interest and feedback.

    Have a nice day.

    hi Jrds
thanks for the info, will try it and let you know how it goes.
p.s.: maybe you could put a few lines up on the plugin description as a warning to those upgrading who otherwise risk a stroke ??

I had the same experience, but the plugin entirely lost track of where the images are. I was able to reinstall them, but I hope this won’t happen on future updates.

On the other hand, the reason it’s a problem is that it’s such a great plugin, and the only one that does what I needed for this project. So thanks for that.
