Update to 2.39 has stopped working across all sites

    Version 2.39 has just updated across several of our sites.

    Following the update the search box doesn’t auto complete or find any results.

    If we hit return for the results page we get ‘There has been a critical error on this website.’

    Hi,

    Sorry about that. We notice that the last update can force the plugin to be deactivated. Please just activate it again or re-install it.

    Hi,

    None were deactivated.

    I did try deactivating and then reactivating – nothing.

    I also uninstalled from 2 sites, then reinstalled and still no improvement.

    Yes, the recent update is causing a PHP fatal error. see the logs below:

    Please tell me – do you see any other error messages there?

    Also – please give me the link where I can find working search form and test it.
