Hello! Before I updated the plugin to the latest version, it says it’s compatible up to WP 3.4.2 which is what I have.

After I updated and activated the plugin, all of the pages on my website that are assigned the sidebar no longer displayed correctly. I didn’t receive any errors so the plugin was not deactivated.

All of the widgets in WordPress still displayed all the sidebar widget content but they’re not displaying on the website. I did customize some of these sidebars with a Text widget to include CSS to hide certain content. But the Text widget content within the sidebar is not displaying the CSS in the page source and therefore, the pages with the custom assigned sidebars are displaying incorrectly.

I think you had mentioned in your email to resave the settings. Where exactly is the settings found?

Do you also happen to have any other suggestions or similar things happen?

    I appreciate your help!

    Hi Samantha,

    Thanks for posting this.

Look under Settings in the WordPress Dashboard and you should see a selection for Page Sidebars. Click the link and re-save your settings and let me know if that does the trick.

    Thanks,
    Eric

Yes that does fix it! I have to admit, I was a bit hesitant to try this again but glad updating the settings fixed everything back up!

Thank you for such a great plugin!

    Hi Folks,

First I love this plug in and thanks for creating it. I recently installed the update and for some reason I can no longer display my page specific sidebar. It worked before the update.

I see the widget when I check custom side bar, but when I try to select it in the drop down and click update it continues to default back to a standard sidebar widget.

    Hey jwalsh007,

Did you try re-saving your settings?

Look under Settings in the WordPress Dashboard and you should see a selection for Page Sidebars.

Click the link and re-save your settings and let me know if that works.
