    hi candidhams, thanks for the link. Because I updated and woo commerce is now not compatible with my site, how would I go about fixing the issue? I contacted the support team for my theme and haven’t heard anything yet on the issue. I would think I could download the old version of woo commerce and upload that to my FTP again which I tried and it didn’t work.

    Well lol…I just went through the same thing. My client’s site is running on Sistina from Yithemes. After backing up, I deactivated the new woocommerce. Uploaded the older version via ftp…still having major problems. Client, rightfully so, is looking into other options.

    Support is slow due to this woocommerce debacle. They don’t answer on weekends.

    After reinstalling old version, go into woocommerce settings and check status. I had outdated theme pages that were causing issues. I was able to get new versions from support but now am having four other problems…PayPal is hanging randomly; some contact forms are throwing errors, others not; New order emails not sending to admin nor customers; and client can’t mark orders completed.

    If I find out anything else, I’ll post…if you come across anything, let me know.

    Thanks

    that sounds awful… When will they be releasing a new version of the template? Did they say?

    They’re working on it. “A few days”, “…this week ” is the most specific I’ve seen.

    You can keep up to date on their support site (previous link) and here

    I’m wiping and reinstalling theme with last version of woocommerce that worked.

    Good luck. ??

    I got this response and just added in the code he reference – it seems to have fixed the issue.

    Hi,
    Add this css code in the custom style in Theme Options -> Custom Codes -> Custom style:

    #header {
    height: auto;

    Room09 is not full compatible with the 2.1.5, you should revert to the 2.1.3

    Sorry for my vagueness joujou I am not that knowledgeable with coding. This did not work for me, do I need to remove this first:
    #nav-main {
    margin: 0;
    }
    or just ad the coding below it? I am using Virtue theme and thought it was compatible but have lost all my categories and product pages.
    thanks

    i think the fix only works for the room09 theme

    oh thanks joujou, I’ll just re-install the older version and see if that works.
